A Tip about how to contact students quickly via mobile phones

Teachers at colleges and universities sometimes get a class roster with a list of phone numbers.   Some of those numbers are mobile numbers.  How can we get the students engaged before the class has started?

It would be nice if we could contact those students easily via a computer messaging service.  Hmmmm..







1.  Find out the provider of the mobile phone

2.  Then put in the message through a keyboard.

Or... just send a text via a mobile phone, phone to phone...
